Textile Enzymes-Cellulase, Amylase, Catalase, Laccase, Alkaline Pectinase

We supply high quality textile enzymes including acid Cellulase, Neutural Cellulase, Medium Temperature Alpha-Amylase, Catalase, Laccase, and Alkaline Pectinase.

Acid Cellulase

Cellulase is not a single enzyme, but enzyme complex which can break down cellulose into short fiber, cellobiose, glucose etc. It is composed of C1 enzyme, Beta-1, 4-glucanase, and Beta-glucosidase.

Used in textile industry, it helps optimize appearance quality; enhance fabric drape and flexibility; improve resistance to permanent anti - pilling; and enhance performance of dyeing and finishing.

Description

Neutral Cellulase

Neutral Cellulase is suitable for the biofinishing process in textile mills and laundries, provides superior cleanup effect of fabric and garment under neutral pH conditions.

The preferred parameters of Texzyme Max in the biofinishing process are:

- Dose:         0.1~0.3% owf for fabric biofinishing

- Liquor garment ratio:   515

- pH:                 4.5~7.0

- Temperature:          4070℃

- Treatment time:        2060 min

The optimal dosage will be determined according to the fabric type, treatment time, pH, temperature, liquor ratio, auxiliary chemicals etc.

Medium Temperature Alpha-Amylase

Medium Temp Alpha-amylase can be used as desizing enzymes in the textile process. In textile desizing, add the enzyme in the rate of 0.2%(2000u/g), keep at 50-80 °C for 20-40 minutes.

Catalase

Catalase can remove hydrogen peroxide after bleaching and before dyeing, saving water, energy, and time, not damaging the fibres and dyes, without damaging the environment.

Laccase

Laccase enzyme preparation is used for a process called bio-bleaching where the enzyme discolors the indigo dye on the denim fabric.

Application

Optimum pH: 5-7

Optimum Temperature: 60°C~70°C

Dosage: 0.4-1.2% (o.w.g)

Alkaline Pectinase

Alkaline Protease can omit harsh chemicals needed for the traditional scouring which allows fiber to maintain better overall quality.

pH: 7-11

Temperature: 30°C~60°C

Dosage: 1-3 g/L
