Alkaline Pectinase is a liquid alkaline pectinase enzyme designed for the Bioscouring process. Advantages of Alkaline Pectinase treatment is to omit harsh chemicals needed for the traditional scouring which allows fiber to maintain better overall quality. Alkaline Pectinase is used in conditions between 7.0-11.0 pH and 30~60 Degrees ℃.

PACKAGING
Alkaline Pectinase 600L is available in standard packing of 30 Kg drums. Packing as desired by customers can be arranged.
STORAGE
Alkaline Pectinase 600L is recommended to store at 24°C (75°F) or below with optimum temperature at 15°C. Products stored in sealed container at recommended level will maintain 90% activity for at least 6 months. Prolonged storage at temperatures above 30°C should be avoided.
