Acid cellulase is made from a refined strain Trichoderma reesei through deep submerged fermentation and extraction technology. Cellulase is not a single enzyme, but enzyme complex which can break down cellulose into short fiber, cellobiose, glucose etc. It is composed of C₁ enzyme, Beta-1, 4-glucanase, and Beta-glucosidase.
